Due to a post office delivery glitch beyond our control, the package sent to me with my items got lost in transit and then returned back to the seller. The seller was patient and helpful regarding the glitch, worked with me and resent the package to me once they received it. I truly appreciated their help. AWFUL NEGATIVE SERVICE...SELLER SENT PARCEL but when I enquired as to parcel whereabouts seller didn't reply and I was left wondering weeks after purchase. Then Australia Post informs me the parcel was delivered and I find out IT WAS TO A different person and State. No apologies from the seller or offer to send out another of the products which they had in stock and were advertising on eBay!!! This seller said why should they say sorry to me as it was Australia Post's (SWEARWORD) up!!!

Buyer claimed item was not received dispute we provided tracking number, Buyer lost the case via ebay, as good will, we have issued refund to this buyer but he is fraud and don’t trust this buyers , he just a thief.
